Hello

Post by YarnLock »

Hi. I'm YarnLock and I'm brand spankin' new. Im one of samegame's friends and he got me to join.

I cant draw for crap so my medium is fiber but I'm in the process of an idea to bridge the gap for my love of fiber and my fascination with animation.

I "draw" with yarn :D

Awesome idea to animate with flash. Look to some of the newer nintendo games where they had that style, like kirby's epic yarn. I did a flash in like 2010 with hand drawn paper cutout graphics, it was pretty simple to do. And welcome!

I havent decided. The stuff I've posted is crochet, I can knit but not very well

I like making little figures so I may try to make my own cast if characters, but I'm still going over ideas

That’s so cool!

You could even stopmotion these marill-type yarn characters if you want to keep the work tangible. Would be very cool to see.

Welcome friend!
