First thought would be Rammstein but he say there must have been another Luc in the LL so it aint him
Either way i find this map pretty intresting

from the few things that i could deduce from that channel, is that this guy is either french or belgian, and his movies include batnouille, pere noel, and his YYYY lock-game, which is inspired by the NNNNN game...
we could ask around who this guy was, and what was his lockname...
we shall see.
