In what context where you asked to do things that you normally don't? Is it like a thing where you specifically want to do things that are outside of your "comfort zone" or is it more like wanting to do new stuff?

If you're looking to do things outside your comfort zone; maybe doing something like learning something new and healthy - like ice skating, skiing, roller-skates... or not really something to learn but rather something in the same theme that haven't appealed to you before like hiking, orientation, bird-watching, photography out in the nature... or just walking around in nature
